The game is completely in your hands. You can determine the name of the game, the name of the coins, when coins are confirmed and when they expire. You decide if and which badges should be unlocked and if your organisation wants to participate in the golden ticket.
LOGIC & VALUE
Here you determine the exchange value of a coin, the maximum exchange limit and the logic for awarding coin rewards. You can determine when and for which bookings how many coins are awarded. The distribution of the coins to companies, buildings, floors or areas is also in your hands.
BENEFITS
Integrate your own benefits (e.g. vouchers for the canteen, smoothies, etc.), add vouchers or use one of the trusted LIZ Benefit Partners for integration. You have the freedom to select and upload benefits on your own.

How did you come up with the idea?
The idea came about when we introduced the shared desk concept in our company and were looking for innovative communication measures. Instead of simply setting up new rules, we also wanted to accompany the concept in a playful way.

Why do you want to bring your employees back to the office?
Although we fully support mobile working, we also believe in the value of face-to-face contact in the office. Face-to-face interaction fosters creativity, innovation and team spirit - cornerstones of our corporate culture.

What outcome would you like to see with gamification?
Our goal is to offer employees sustainable added value. Gamification should not only strengthen the sense of community, but of course also achieve a reward effect.
