Peak Occupancy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Peak occupancy measures the maximum utilisation during peak times.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This metric is particularly important for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Workplace planning<\/li>\n<li>Meeting room management<\/li>\n<li>Safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Capacity limits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Particularly in hybrid working models, there are often significant fluctuations between individual days of the week. Many companies observe particularly high attendance levels on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.com\/insights\/articles\/regional-variation-daily-volatility-global-office-utilisation-trends\">CBRE<\/a> reports that global peak occupancy had already reached an average of 64 per cent by 2024. In the EMEA region, it rose to as high as 81 per cent.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>3.
